Our concept
The aesthetic division of the dermatology practice Dr. Nüchel
Dr. Nüchel Aesthetik is the independent aesthetic division of the dermatology practice Dr. Nüchel in the Albertus Zentrum, Mönchengladbach. Medical direction lies with Fabio Nüchel, MSc Aesthetic Medicine (QMUL). In dedicated rooms, with our own scheduling and without the time pressure of a conventional consultation, we devote ourselves exclusively to aesthetic and laser-medical treatments.
What distinguishes us is the combination of dermatological experience and aesthetic specialisation: the skin is our field. Every aesthetic treatment is therefore based on a sound medical assessment of your skin, honest advice on possibilities and limits, and treatment planning that is guided by your own circumstances.
All services on our practice floor are private services. That gives us something which has become rare in medicine: time. Time for a detailed initial consultation, time for your questions and time for a treatment that follows no template but is tailored to you.

Safety & medical diligence
The examination comes first, then the consultation. We only treat where there is a clear indication, and you learn beforehand what can realistically be achieved and what cannot.
Natural results
We prefer to dose conservatively. Your features should stay recognisable; the result is generally perceived as fresh and rested rather than treated.
Discretion
What you discuss with us stays between us. That applies from booking through to aftercare. We do not hold these conversations in passing, but calmly and in private.
Devices and responsibility
The laser systems on our practice floor are medically approved and serviced regularly. They are operated by trained personnel; the responsibility lies with the physician.
